This term saw Marlborough College Malaysia’s first Silver IA Expedition set off to Langkawi. The expedition was a challenging journey, incorporating kayaking, trekking, mountain biking, and abseiling. Self-sufficient in food and shelter, this was the climax of the pupils’ hard-earned Silver Award overseen by the Asia Pacific Headquarters in Sydney. At the recent Pearson Medallion Awards Ceremony, held in Kuala Lumpur on 5th September 2015, five pupils from Marlborough College Malaysia received awards recognising their achievements for gaining the highest marks in Malaysia in the Edexcel IGCSE examinations.
